1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using War of Empires, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on War of Empires for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on War of Empires;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by War of Empires at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

War of Empires reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use War of Empires for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our service. You agree not to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the game.

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the game experience;
• Exploit bugs or engage in any activity that grants an unfair advantage;
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any other users without their prior explicit consent;
• Use or distribute unauthorized cheat programs or tools;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game or to other users' accounts.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on War of Empires are provided on an 'as is' basis. War of Empires makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall War of Empires or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on War of Empires, even if War of Empires or a War of Empires authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on War of Empires could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. War of Empires does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. War of Empires may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. War of Empires does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
